- Delivered instantly by email from BookFunnel.
- Orders are sent to the email address associated with your Shopify account.
- If you do not receive your BookFunnel email within five minutes:
- Check your spam, trash, or promotions folders.
- Verify the email address you used at checkout.

Paperbacks and Hardbacks
- All paperback and hardback books are printed and shipped via BookVault or IngramSpark.
- Estimated shipping times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 5–15 business days.
- Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Orders
- If your paperback or hardback order arrives damaged or defective, or does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, please contact us immediately.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- You may be asked to provide your order number and any tracking details received.
Delivery Address Accuracy
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient’s name.

EU Deliveries
- We ship to all countries in the European Union (EU).
- For orders under €150 (excluding taxes and delivery):
