U.S. Customers
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
UK & EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
- Items must be returned in their original, resalable condition.
- If an item is returned used, damaged, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to reflect the loss in value.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or your notice of cancellation.
Exemptions:
- Digital products (ebooks, audiobooks, downloads) are non-refundable once download/access has begun.
- Personalized or custom items.
- Items sealed for hygiene reasons, once opened.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, refunds will be issued using your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g., faulty or incorrect items).
- If free shipping was applied to your order, actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product. Please email info@tmcromer.com with your order number for instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital downloads (ebooks, audiobooks, PDFs, etc.) once delivered.
- Gift cards.

How to Start a Return

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your card issuer.
- Contact your bank.

T.M. Cromer Books reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above, or to deduct amounts for items returned in a non-resalable condition, as permitted under consumer law.

I'm your biggest fan I can't say enough about all of your books.
Everlasting Magic is just as enthralling as everything else Tara writes. I have yet to read any of her works of art and not fall in love within the first paragraph. Most have been just the first sentence. I laugh, cry, get angry, and fall in love every time. I start reading with anticipation and the will to stretch it out as long as possible but knowing I will not be able to put it down. I am ALWAYS AMAZED. Keep up the great work Tara, you are amazing.
