Digital Products (Ebooks & Audiobooks)

How will my ebooks or audiobooks be delivered?

Upon checkout, your digital goods are delivered instantly via an email from BookFunnel. If the email hasn’t arrived within 5 minutes, please check your Spam, Trash, or Promotions folder (for Gmail users).

If you have more than one email address, note that delivery goes to the email you entered at checkout.

Where can I find my BookFunnel Library?

You can access all your digital purchases through your personal BookFunnel Library here: https://My.BookFunnel.com.

Make sure you log in with the same email address you used at checkout. Your library will contain all ebooks and audiobooks purchased from any author who distributes through BookFunnel.


How do I read my ebook?

BookFunnel ebooks are compatible with:

  • Kindle Paperwhite & Kindle Fire tablets
  • Nook tablets
  • Kobo eReaders
  • Apple devices
  • Android tablets and phones
  • BookFunnel app (recommended)
  • Computer browsers (Chrome or Firefox)

What happens with preorders?

When you place a preorder, your payment method is charged immediately. The book is placed in a delivery queue and will be automatically sent to you on its scheduled release date.

On release day, you’ll receive a BookFunnel email with download instructions. If you don’t see it, check Spam, Trash, or Promotions before contacting support.

Again, delivery will go to the email address used during checkout.


How do I listen to my audiobook?

You can enjoy your audiobook in several ways:

  • BookFunnel App (best option; designed specifically for audiobooks)
  • BookFunnel cloud player (stream in your browser)
  • DRM-free MP3 downloads (playable on your computer or any MP3-compatible device)

The BookFunnel App works on:

  • Android devices (5.1 or higher)
  • iOS devices (11 or higher)
  • Amazon Fire Tablets (5th generation or newer)

Physical Books (Paperbacks & Hardbacks)

How will my print books be shipped?

Print books (paperbacks and hardbacks) are printed and shipped via IngramSpark and BookVault, depending on location and availability.

At checkout, you’ll see estimated delivery times and available shipping options for your region.


What should I do if my book arrives damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective print book, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

We may ask you for:

  • A photo of the damage
  • Your order confirmation number
  • Any tracking details provided

What if my book never arrives?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us. We’ll work with the printer and shipper to resolve the issue.


What happens if I entered the wrong address?

Please double-check your address carefully before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered packages caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided at checkout.


Do you ship to the EU?

Yes. For orders to EU countries under 150€ (excluding taxes and delivery), all taxes and duties are collected at checkout, meaning you won’t face additional charges upon delivery.


Can I return or exchange a print book?

We only accept returns in cases of damage, defect, or failed delivery. We cannot accept returns for change of mind, as each book is printed on demand.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

Do you accept cryptocurrency?

No, at this time we do not accept cryptocurrency.


Returns & Refunds

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

No. All sales are final. Because our books are delivered either digitally (instant download) or printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.


What if I accidentally bought the wrong book?

Please double-check your order before completing checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the incorrect title was purchased.


Do you offer refunds on ebooks or audiobooks?

No. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be returned. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact BookFunnel support at help@bookfunnel.com.


Do you offer refunds on print books?

Refunds are only available in cases of:

  • Damaged or defective books (with photo proof)
  • Non-delivery after 30 days of confirmed shipment

If your situation qualifies, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for assistance.


What if my package is delayed by the postal service?

Once your book is shipped, delivery times are outside our control. We cannot offer refunds for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or other shipping disruptions.


Do UK/EU customers get a “cooling-off period”?

Yes — under UK/EU consumer law, you may have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving a physical product. However, this right does not apply to digital downloads (ebooks or audiobooks) once delivery has begun.

If you wish to cancel a physical book order under this rule, you must contact us within the 14-day window, and the book must be returned in new, resaleable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
