Print-on-demand products are not stock items that can be returned. A paperback is queued for print when an order is placed, and they are considered custom products.

Damages and issues
If you have received physical goods, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital downloads (ebooks and audiobooks) cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds are only provided if you buy a duplicate digital item within 24 hours of the first purchase and if it is the first accidental duplicate purchase. After the one-time courtesy reimbursement, any digital refunds will be denied. We encourage you to check your order history before buying any products or preorders. Any approved returns after the initial courtesy refund will incur a $3 per item fee to cover chargeback costs.
Additionally, personalized products will not be refunded. No exceptions. If an item is damaged during shipping a claim will need to be filed with the carrier.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically reimbursed through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the funds to your account.
